The folks at the National Republican Senatorial Committee seem to really be coalescing on a united (and unifying) theme for the upcoming election.
It's kind of nice to be fighting back, eh?
As before -- full-screen it, and enjoy.

Re-writing left-wing lunacy...
I happened upon a left-wing whack-a-doodle site this morning called Alternet.org which has an article on the "Top 10 Right-Wing Conspiracy Theories."
This is simply astounding...
The "conspiracy theories" listed were ALL originally created BY THE LEFT, and they were concerning the eeeeeeeeeeevil George W. Bush and his eeeeeeeeevil intentions...
Here, for your enjoyment, the 10 former "left-wing" conspiracies now miraculously attributed to the "right-wing:"
# 10 - The North American Union
Now allegedly a "right-wing conspiracy theory," this theory gained considerable traction in 2005 (quick! who was President then? 10 points if you answered George W. Bush... 50 points if you answered the eeeeeeevil George W. Bush). The premise was that the eeeeeeeeevil Bush (or, as those purveyors of fun and good cheer on the left liked to call him, Bush & Co., BushCo, Bushitler, Dubya, Baby Bush, King George, Dumbo, the chimp, shrub, etc.) was conspiring to create a secret "North American Union" between the United States, Canada, and Mexico, loosely based upon the now-failing European Union. The kooks were even convinced that a gigantic (somehow still secret, though...) combination road/rail system was going to cut a huge swath -- north to south -- connecting Canada to Mexico through the United States. They even warned that our currency was going to be thrown out, replaced by (what they claimed to be the still-secret-but-somehow-they-got-their-hands-on-the-plan) the "Amero."
Of course, nothing of the sort took place, so this original invention of the left has now been conveniently converted -- by the same left that created it -- into a "right-wing conspiracy theory." Good Lord...
# 9 - The Federal Reserve Conspiracy
There is no "conspiracy theory" by the "right-wing" regarding The Fed -- it was one of the most damaging things that "progressive" President, Woodrow Wilson, inflicted upon our country 97 years ago. The Fed needs to be gotten rid of. There have been calls ranging from left-wing loons such as commentator Sam Donaldson to right-wing loons like Ron Paul to do just that -- eliminate The Fed.
# 8 - HAARP
The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (abbreviated as HAARP) is a joint research venture funded by the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the University of Alaska. For years, conspiracy nuts on the left have been claiming that it is really a "secret" government program to control the weather, and/or to create earthquakes, and/or is a "secret directed energy weapon." 40-something year-old unemployed liberal men, blogging in their underpants from their mommies' basements, have been warning us about the eeeeeeeeevils of HAARP since early in the Bush Administration.
# 7 - Population Control
The left-wing loons' most recent outcry about this is the "conspiracy" by the government and British Petroleum to "kill millions" in the Gulf Coast region of the United States. Check any number of left-wing sites for confirmation of this. Caution: you will need to shower after visiting those sites -- the hatred they contain is frightening.
# 6 - 9/11 As A Government Plot
Just check this out for your yourself. The co-called "9/11 truthers" are most certainly NOT folks on the "right;" they are all left-wing loons... and Bush-haters.
# 5 - Gun Confiscations
I don't think this is a "conspiracy theory by the right-wing." Rather, the idea expresses valid concerns by Second Amendment supporters over the "gun control" schemes promoted on the left by such prominent Democrats as President Barack Obama, Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY), Senator John Kerry (D-MA), Senator Jack Reed (D-RI), Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA), new Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, new Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Chicago Mayor Richard Daley (D)... are you getting the picture yet? No "conspiracy" here -- just FACT. Democrats ultimately want even more control and to increase their power, and, if not stopped, will disarm Americans in order to do so.
# 4 - Foreign Troops on U.S. Soil
I'll almost concede this one. There has long been concern by patriotic, conservative Americans over the prospect of United Nations' "troops" possibly being deployed in the United States. In 2009, undersocialist -- er., Marxist -- er, communist -- er, Democrat President Barack Obama, FEMA held joint exercises with the United States military and militaries from Australia, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, several African nations, and China on terrorism prevention... on American soil. If being concerned about this makes me a "right-wing conspiracy theorist," I'll confess to being one... in this instance.
# 3 - FEMA Concentration Camps
One of my all-time favorites. According to the left-wing whackos, who have been promoting this conspiracy theory almost from the time that they began whining about George W. Bush being selected, not elected in 2000, the eeeeeeeeeeeeevil George W. Bush (led by his equally eeeeeeevil puppet master, Dick Cheney) ordered the construction of secret FEMA concentration camps by the eeeeeeeeeevil Halliburton company, into which, it is assumed, Bush's detractors would be crammed, taken from their homes (most likely in the dead of night), herded aboard the "107,200 AutoMax Prison Cars" -- concentration camp rail cars -- allegedly ordered by FEMA from "Gunderson Steel," and taken away... never to be heard from again.
I am not making this up. Google "automax prison cars" or "auto max prison cars." Up will come links to some of the most left-wing sites on the internet... the usual suspects -- indymedia.org, prisonplanet.com, dailykos.com, rense.com, democraticunderground.com, rumormillnews.com, a blog called shadowgovernment, and on and on. The common thread here? Those sites are all left-wing loon, pro Democrat sites. Although... some seem to be supporting Obama less and less these days as they moan about him not doing enough to speed the destruction of our Nation by the introduction and implementation of even more socialist/communist concepts to our beloved country.
Now that asocialist Democrat is President, this particular "conspiracy theory" has suddenly morphed from its origins as left-wing nonsense into newly-discovered, alleged right-wing nonsense.
# 2 - Martial Law
This was a HUGE concern among the left-wing underwear-clad basement bloggers throughout the entire eight years of the George W. Bush administration. Left-wing sites from Democratic Underground, to Jeff Rense, to those fun-lovin' Kos-kids at the Daily Kos, to the huff 'n puffers at Huffington Post... the eeeeeeevil George W. Bush was going to declare martial law because of "terrorism," suspend the2004, no... 2006, no... 2008 elections, and become the dictator of the United States of America.
Inconveniently for the proponents of this idiocy, the elections went ahead, just as scheduled. Bush completed his two terms as President, a new President was elected, and the peaceful transfer of power took place, undeterred and unmarred, as it always has since the founding of the nation, from the outgoing President to the new.
No problem for the lefties, though. Now that Obama is President, they simply ignore that this was a basic "theory," posited and promoted by them for nearly eight years, and simply claim that it is now a "right-wing conspiracy theory."
# 1 - Chemtrails
Another favorite, long-time left-wing conspiracy theory. Google "chemtrails" and see how many "hits" you get that you would describe as "right wing" (vs. hits you would describe as "left-wing"). I just googled it myself, and google showed 3,250,000 results for that word. Right up there at the top you will again get links to the "usual suspects" -- Rense, Conspiracy Planet, shameless self-promoter Alex Jones and his la-la-land "Prison Planet" website (all three of which, on top of being extremely left-wing and Democrat-promoting, are virulently anti-Semitic), HuffPo, Daily Kos, RumorMillNews, and scores of links to New Age, left-wing psycho-babble sites, some going on and on about "faction X" and "faction Y" fighting for control of "the New World Order." Lots of UFO stuff thrown in there, for good measure. I guess the lefties think it enhances their credibility...
Suddenly the "issue" of "chemtrails" has been transformed from its origins as a left-wing kook theory to a "right-wing conspiracy theory."
Just another day in Paradise, eh?
I am surfing to the edges of the internet so that...
...you won't have to. ;-)
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to take a shower.
A very looooooooong shower....... ;-)

The video speaks for itself...
I've often posted long-winded musings here (some have said diatribes) in the short time that I've had this blog.
I've come across a video that speaks far more eloquently than I ever could to the current state of affairs as led by our socialist minders in Washington DC (and their nanny-state political wannabe/fellow travellers at the State level).
The video comes from the Republican Study Committee, a conservative group of over 115 Republican members of Congress whose chairman is Georgia Congressman, Dr. Tom Price. Looks like Republican naysayers can no longer say that the GOP isn't spreading the conservative message. This short video showcases the very palpable (even frightening) differences between our ruling Democrats and the Constitutional principles embraced by most Republicans on the other side. At the risk of sounding overly-dramatic, the video spotlights the differences between good and evil...
Full-screen it and prepare to start taking our country back in a little more than 80 days ~
As an aside -- Ronald Reagan was the last person that I voted for in a Presidential election that I didn't have to hold my nose while so-doing.

Lightning strikes?
Yumpin' yiminy, Batman!
The other day in a post here about Hollywood nitwit, Spike Lee, my musings devolved to include the following paragraph:
My words about Simmons being "...shut-up once and for all..." have come to pass.
He died, totally unexpectedly, last Sunday night in Maine (a few hours after I made my post). News reports say that he accidentally drowned in his hot tub.
The left wing loons on the internet are cranking it up with all sorts of conspiracy theories about how Simmons was "silenced" or "murdered" by this "faction" or that "faction" for his comments about the Gulf of Mexico being "killed," his comments that BP hadn't really capped the blown well, and comments that BP was continuing to, with tacit government approval, deceive the public.
Good LORD...
A 67 year old man with a history of heart disease dies in his hot tub and the left-wing lunatics pounce on it as "proof" that Simmons angered the so-called "true" powers that be and "they" (whoever "they" might be) did a "Michael Corleone" to him...
Self-centered idiots...
Still...
Simmons dying within hours of me making a post that included a somewhat disparaging remark about him feels pretty weird, to say the least.

Most beaches are clear, although some marshes do remain fouled. Sea creatures are flourishing. The alarmists have been silenced. Hopefully, self-proclaimed oil industry "expert" and MSNBC frequentWell...guestpredictor of doom throughout the "disaster," Matt Simmons, has been shut-up once and for all (Simmons ominously warned that "methane from the well" was going to "kill millions of people" and also said repeatedly that the only way to get the runaway well stopped was with nuclear weapons, for crying out loud!).

Another self-absorbed Hollywood nitwit...
Spike Lee.
Another self-absorbed Hollywood "luminary" who thinks that because he is a "somebody" in tinseltown, his opinions on things political matter to us.
Just like another Hollywood nitwit, Oliver Stone.
Actually, like soooooooo many other Hollywood nitwits, but it would take me well past sundown just to list the majority of them.
Back to Spike Lee.
The diminutive director (have I coined a new phrase? -- would "diminutive dumbass director" be more appropriate?), who is African-American (I abhor the usage of any, "hyphenated-American" descriptor -- if I just say "black," will you be offended? I hope not but, if you are, get over it...) back in 2005 agreed with Nation of Islam head honcho, the Jew-hating, white-hating, black supremacist lunatic, none other than Louis "Calypso-Louie" Farrakhan (the good friend of Obama's personal preacher for 20 years -- until "The One" threw him under the bus in late 2008, that is -- Jeremiah Wright...) that the United States Government purposely destroyed levees in New Orleans to flood the nearly all-black Ninth Ward in a "conspiracy to rid New Orleans of black people."
Yeah. That makes sense. Bush's fault...
Like another noted numbskull, so-called "entertainer," Kanye West, who, on September 2, 2005, while standing next to a shocked and speechless Mike Myers (think Austin Powers, baby...) famously blurted out during a fundraising telethon for the victims of Hurricane Katrina,
But I digress...
When questioned in 2005 about his theory on the destruction of the New Orleans levees, Lee responded testily,
Not content with the controversy that stirred up, and drumming up support for his first film on Hurricane Katrina, in 2006 the diminutive dipstick (I think I like that better...) once again got himself in the limelight, blatantly marketing his film, postulating that possibly, the New Orleans levees were exploded:
Ahhh... like the current crop of Democrats facing their Armageddon in less than 90 days, Lee unabashedly continues to play the last card left in the liberals' deck: The race card.
Lee also has claimed, despite recount after recount after recount proving otherwise, that the 2000 Presidential election was "rigged."
Fast-forward to today.
The Obama Administration, after hyping the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster as the worst disaster in the history of the world (I think if the Democrat pollsters could interview dinosaurs, which were wiped out in a cataclysmic event some 65 million years ago, they might get an argument on comparing "worst" disasters...) now sheepishly has had to admit that good ol' Mother Nature, along with some help from chemical dispersants, natural wave action, cooperative weather, and BP's successful capping of their runaway oil well has pretty much cleaned up the "disaster in the Gulf."

Enter Spike Lee.
Yesterday, at a meeting of the Television Critics Association, Lee called the government report on the 75% of the oil being gone "...a lie," added that it's not likely, "abracadabra, presto chango..." that the vast majority of the oil which had spewed from BP's damaged Macondo well has vanished from the Gulf of Mexico, and petulantly stated,
The government's scientists -- Obama's scientists, for heaven's sake -- are lying! Thus spake the tiny troublemaker, Spike Lee, shamelessly promoting yet another "documentary" of his. Another "Spike Lee joint," whatever that is...
You know, Obama and his fellow travellers like to use the expression that Obama is the "post-racial" President; from what I've observed from their profligate use of many and varied race cards thepost-racial President is, in reality, the most-racial President I have ever seen in my life.

“Here’s the thing. Even today, a large part of the African-American community of New Orleans thinks that those levees were bombed. Now, whether that is true or not, that should not be discounted."Then, he rattled off past government sins, including 1927’s Great Flood of Mississippi, when the levees were, indeed, blown up; the flooding of the Ninth Ward during Hurricane Betsy in 1965; the Tuskegee syphilis experiment. He added,
“So, in the collective mind of African-Americans, it is not some science-fiction, hocus-pocus thing to say that the government is doing stuff. Even if it didn’t happen, you cannot discount it and dismiss it as ‘Oh you people are crazy.’ It’s what people think—talk to Jewish people. Because of the Holocaust, you know, anything that happens, it’s like, ‘Oh! It’s starting again.’ And I’m not going to fault someone of Jewish ancestry that feels like that because that happened! This is history.’”
